2013 Trip to France

In Paris ..............

we will stay at The Tacadero Best Western.

We will shop at Sennelier, the oldest art supply store in Paris.

We will study 19th century art at The Musee d'Orsay,

and view the collection at The Musee Marmottan,

know for it's Impressionist collection.

We will see Monet's waterlilies at the Orangerie.

 and spend time at Place de Voges

 We will dine in Paris......... 

at Le Frigate

 and Chez George as well as brasseries and cafes just like The Impressionists.

On the way to Normandy we will tour Monet's house and Gardens in Giverny.

In Normandy we will be staying and painting in the pictures village of Pont Audemer, often called the Venice of France.

We will be painting at the beautiful open air market at Pont Audemer.

 We will stay at the Inn at Pont Audemer.

We will be touring and painting at the harbor of Honfleur just like Monet and Boudin. We will also visit the Boudin Museum here.

We will be painting at the beautiful Hotel Belle Isle. We will dine here and have an artist's reception to meet local artists.
